AfriBlocks is committed to connecting skilled African freelancers with the global community to create new possibilities for all.
As AfriBlocks grows, so does the need for our freelancers to provide high-quality work that exceeds industry standards and stands out.
As part of our mission to build the infrastructure for Africa’s future of work, AfriBlocks is proud to announce a new partnership with tech education nonprofit Ingressive For Good (I4G) and the renowned online educational platform Coursera.
This partnership will bolster I4G’s commitment to helping 5,000 Africans to gain access to more than 4000 free Coursera courses.
Due to its distinction as one of the world’s youngest regions based on demographics, Africa has the potential to be a significant source of the global technology workforce.
Our goal is; with partners like I4G and Coursera, we can aid in this shift by equipping AfriBlock’s brightest freelance talents with more knowledge of their respective crafts and boost their skill sets to compete with the world’s best.
Coursera’s diverse offerings provide instruction in business, computer science/tech, physical science & engineering, data science, personal development, health, math and logic, language learning, information technology, and more.
