After completing his degree in Supply Chain Management, Larreth made a decisive pivot away from the conventional career path his education had laid out for him. Instead, he chose to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams within the tech sector, an industry he had grown increasingly passionate about. Armed with his newfound coding abilities, Larreth founded Melsoft, a Digital Agency specializing in web and mobile app development. "What excites me about what I'm building is the prospect of creating a strong army of skilled software engineers across Africa," Larreth explains. "Our plan for scaling the team in the future involves the creation of training programs tailored for individuals aged between 18 and 35, spanning diverse backgrounds and experiences," he says. By hiring exclusively from these programs, Larreth ensures that new team members align with Melsoft's culture and mission.
